Honey Lemon Dressing

First off, I would like to welcome you to my first recipe blog! I’m a little nervous, but hey there’s a first time for everything.

If you watched my YouTube video from this week I talked about the benefits of eating foods like salmon, which are full of anti-inflammatory Omega-3s. Initially, I made this dressing to be drizzled over salmon, but honestly, this stuff tastes good with everything.

The dressing has this tangy lemony flavor with a hint of sweetness, then freshness from the herbs. I hope you will enjoy this dressing as much as I enjoyed whipping it up in my kitchen. So let’s hop on to it!

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup raw honey

  • 2/3 mustard

  • 1 tsp dill (fresh or dried)

  • 2 lemons

Instructions

In a bowl, add your honey and mustard. Next, add your dried dill, or chopped up fresh dill. Then add the juice from your two lemons. Mix well. Viola! Now you’re ready to get saucy.
